Full Flat Refurb
Our current client has a 721sq ft (67sq m) 2 bedroom flat with a terrace. She moved in 9 years ago and keeps the place in great shape however, it’s time to spurge this baby up a bit.
We decided to work with natural colours in the bedroom to keep it a calm relaxing place. Brilliant white to heighten the feel the low ceiling. Bespoke designed birch plywood banister to invite nature, gold accessories and Jute to combine the white and the wood.
A designed bespoke wardrobe was implemented as the lowest point fo the ceiling is 106cm.
The living room is a more playful space. Green, natural light wood, black metal and pink. The bare alcoves around the hidden fire place has got a spruce up and have now become a shelving unit, a pull out desk with moulding around it with implemented cupboards. The hidden fire place is now exposed and revamped with black metal paint. A new black Granite hearth are being installed.
The hallway was a passing place rather than a beautiful addition to the home. We have changed that. The banister has the same design as the birch plywood banister upstairs, a dado rail going from the entry door all trough the staircase and hallway. Half the wall is a soft beige that Arranged by Charlotte has mixed. and the rest is Brilliant white. ABC has designed an octopus lamp with different shades, a frame wall and spotlights.
The bathroom got totally blown out, not a single bit was left once we were done. A bath tube got changed into a shower tray and black metal shower planels. The toilet got moved and changed into a In wall toilet. The the toilet box has a reclaimed scaffolding top to match with the clients mirror. ABC vanished, oiled and sanded the top and it looks fab.
White textured flooring tiles and a blue, white and brown tile called snow flake has been added on the walls.
Black metal accessories to match the rawness on the scaffolding marks.
