Mood board:
A mood board is a visual tool that communicates our
concepts and visual ideas. It is a well-thought-out and planned arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text, etc. that is intended to evoke or project a particular style or
concept.
3D Rendering: 3D rendering is a computer graphics process that uses three-dimensional data and models. The goal is to create a built to scale of your space where colors, furniture, and layouts are shown for the client to really understand how the end product will look like.
Furniture procurement: Together with a visual mood board the client will also get a concept board with furniture, textiles, flooring, wallpaper, tiles, hardware options, styling items, and so on. Samples of textiles, flooring, and tiles will also be procured once the whole entire concept has been confirmed.
Budgets:
All the chosen products will be added to a budget
sheet together. Product type, supplier, measurements, cost, delivery time, and cost plus the overall cost from each room. Links to each product will be provided.
On-site Management:
ABC offers onsite management every step of the way.
This will include sourcing contractors and being their point of contact. Be on-site to manage all the suppliers and contractors. Order all supplies, furniture, tools, etc. Receive all orders/deliveries and liaison between the job and the client, and overlook so the job is on time and within budget.
ABC has great relationships with decorators, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, joiners, builders, tilers, and more.
